More than 60 butlers and concierge from Conrad Bali, The Samaya, Nikko Bali, InterContinental Resort and Prestige Villas attend the five-day course conducted by Josephine Yve and Najwa Green. For the insight into the characteristic of the Indonesian guests, Gilda Sagrado takes the trainees on a journey of laughter and realisations of why this special segment has seasonalities and specific requests. The programme culminates in a battle of table set-up and the results are so colourful as proven in these photos. The training returns to Bali in November 2008.
