I.W. Konsita Soekaton
Sita has over 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry in Asia, where she held management positions in the Operational Divisions, Quality Management and Training. Her international exposures include projects in Indonesia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Thailand, Taipei and Japan. Her experiences include development and execution of processes improvements to maximize employee productivity, organizational restructuring, recruitments, workflow and process analysis, workshop facilitation, training modules developments and the development of competency-based job descriptions. She has worked for internationally acclaimed companies such as the InterContinental Hotels & Resorts (Bali, Singapore, Asia Pacific Corporate Office), Sage organizational developments and Smailing Tour travel management expert.
A.A. Sri Dian Ekawaty
Dian holds 14 years of hospitality industry practice, working for prestigious internationally acclaimed brands such as the Bali Hilton International, Bali InterContinental Resort and Pacific World Nusantara destination management company. Tooled with a strong educational background in Accounting, Dian managed to position herself as a bona fide Personal Assistant to companies’ top management and as Area Manager for Jakarta Sales Office. Her passion to people relationships has provided her with a vast network portfolio, ranging from the hotelier & tourism management circle to media decision makers, health industry, IT companies and airlines to government agencies and charity programmes.
Gilda Lim Sagrado
Gilda carries with her an extensive experience of more than 12 years in the field of public relations, sales, marketing and communications. Her innate passion for communications & relationships have gained her awarding positions such as Senior Sales Manager to Public Relations and Marketing Consultant to TV News broadcaster, Radio Presenter, Media & Government Liaison to Professional Master of Ceremony. In between her busy schedules, she also has dedicated her time to contribute in the growing and development of the tourism industry sectors for Bali and Indonesia in general, through her major involvements in Kuta Karnival and the region’s tourism board. Her exclusive portfolio includes working for international companies such as the Nikko Resort & Spa, Bali InterContinental Resort, Le Meridien Nirwana Golf & Spa Resort and Shangri-La Hotel Surabaya. This portfolio took her on international sales trips, trade shows and training sessions throughout Asia Pacific, Europe & America.
